This register allow to configure digital encoder integrity check protection. This protection is based on index pulse, and controls that the counting process is succeeding.
Register sub-index description:

0x01 (Integrity check enabled). Writing a 1 to this register activates digital encoder integrity check protection.

0x02 (Allowed error counts).
Indicates the maximum mismatch allowed between the detected counts per revolution on the digital encoder index pulse against the theoretical digital encoder resolution.
