This register indicates the interpolation factor applied to the SinCos feedback.

This is calculated as:

  • Mulitplier factor (counts / SinCos cycle) = 2 ^ Object value = 2 ^ 10 = 1024

When the multiplied factor is available, the position resolution is increased as:

The minimum interpolation factor value is 2 and the maximum 10.
