Connect through Serial

Using the toolbar

First of all, we need to specify the communication type by going to "Tools" → "Communications" and select "Serial".

After the type of communication is specified we can go to "Tools" → "Serial configuration" → "Refresh ports".

At this point, if everything goes as expected the drive should connect normally. Nevertheless, if there is any failure MotionLab will notify the user by showing a failure message in the bottom right part of the screen.
