This object controls the ethernet MAC address.
Every byte of this register indicates the byte of the IP address:
Address 49:4E:47:03:02:01 => 0x494E47030201.
Note
Every device in the Ethernet network must have a unique MAC address. Check the reserved addresses before setting a new one.
The changes are not applied immediately after writing the register, for further information read Changing MAC address.
Note
In EtherCAT firmware, this register acts as read-only (RO) and displays the configured EoE MAC address.
