This register is used to read or write the selected encoder register.
- Read data: after a read operation is triggered through the secondary absolute interface, this register is automatically updated with the selected encoder register data content.
- Write data: this register needs to be written before triggering a write operation. The data stored into that register is transferred to the target absolute encoder.
