Stores the current values of safety subnode parameters into non-volatile memory. The register is protected with a password:

Storable parameters (NVM=YES in the tables) are only stored after receiving this 0x65766173 password.
The drive will return an error when trying to store a register that cannot be accessed at the moment for any reasons.
