Welcome

This is the first window inside the configuration Wizard. It is basically meant to be used as a last check of your system before you continue with the next steps:

• Check that the wiring of the drive is done according to the manual: Wiring and Connections.
• Make sure that you have all datasheets of the components of your system available for checking (motor, temperature sensors, feedback devices, and brake).
• It is recommended to perform this auto-configuration procedure with the shaft of the motor without a load on it. Depending on the load it might not work properly and it might prove dangerous for the system. Avoid having mechanical limits also and have the shaft free to spin as much as needed.
• Assess additional safety aspects if your setup is close to a person or a machine.

Once all these checks have been done, you can proceed to the next step (click on the "Next" button at the bottom right of your screen).
