This object allow to store the Node ID & baudrate (depending on the interface used) into the non-volatile memory.
The parameters saved for each sub-index are:
- All parameters. UART/CANopen Node ID and CANopen baudrate
- UART password. UART/CANopen Node ID
- CANopen password. UART/CANopen Node ID and CANopen baudrate
The CANopen Node ID is also used as ID of the Serial protocol. So if one of them is changed, the other will change too.
In order to avoid to change the parameters by mistake and lose the communication, storage is only executed when a specific signature is written to the appropriate sub-index.
The signature that must be written is "node":
