This registry specifies if the state machine of the system is remotely or locally controlled.
In local control the system automatically goes to Operation Enable state (if it is possible) without the needed of the user intervention.
The register value has the following meaning:

A driver reboot is needed to active the local mode (the value has to be saved in the NVM before reboot the driver).
If the state machine of the driver is modified externally from the network, the local control will be deactivated automatically.
