This object indicates if a general enable signal is available (and it is connected to the GPI1).
If this signal is available it will control when the power stage can be activated or deactivated.
Once the input is available, to allow the transition from Ready to switch on to Switched the GPI1 should have a "1". In the same way, as soon as the GPI1 takes a value of "0" and the system is in Switched on, Operation enable or Quick Stop; the State machine will disable the power stage (going to Ready to switch on state).
