This register configures a symmetrical range of accepted torque/force relative to the target torque/force.
If the actual value of the torque/force is within the torque window for a Torque window time, this target torque/force is regarded as having been reached. When that situation is detected, the Target reached bit (bit number 10) of the statusword will be set.
