I get an error: "An error occurred enabling motor. Reason: No error"

If you are connected to the drive via TwinCAT and get the error: "An error occurred enabling motor. Reason: No error", during these tests:

• Brake

• Feedback

• Electrical Tuning

• Commutation

• Mechanical Tuning

Please follow the steps below:

1. Open TwinCAT

2. Open the Online tab

3. Change the mode to PREOP - any other mode will break the communication between TwinCAT and MotionLab3
