1.10.2

New features

  • Dynamic Forced Phasing: A new Dynamic Forced Phasing algorithm has been added to the Commutation section of the Configuration Wizard. It improves commutation offset detection by minimizing the influence of static friction, resulting in a more reliable alignment procedure. This option is available when the commutation and reference sensors use the same absolute encoder.

  • Commutation analysis graphs: Direct current and actual position signals are now displayed to help evaluate the quality of the commutation alignment.

Improvements

  • Poles and zeros in Frequency Design: The Frequency Design page now displays the poles and zeros of the identified plant and designed controller, providing a clearer view of the system dynamics.

  • Resizable Control/Display columns: Columns in the Control and Display widgets can now be resized, making it easier to read long register names and values.

  • Parameter tooltips: Parameters in the Control and Display widgets of the Configuration Wizard now show a tooltip with an explanation of their purpose.

Bug Fixes

  • Control: Fixed an unhandled exception that occurred when entering the letter X in a hexadecimal register field.

  • Electrical identification: Advanced electrical identification options are now preserved after running a test instead of being reset to their default values.
