Time for which the velocity needs to be within the configured 0x6653 - SS1 Velocity zero window before STO can be activated without waiting for 0x6651 - SS1 Time to STO to expire.
The SS1 Time for velocity zero is only taken into account if deceleration monitoring is activated by setting a value bigger than zero for 0x6656 - SS1 Deceleration limit.
