This register allows the user to add an offset to the commutation angle.
This register is an extra offset independent from 0x150 - Commutation angle offset usually used for the phasing process.
Usage example:

A magnetic field constantly affects the motor's magnetic field in one dimension. Users can compensate for this offset.
